Thomas Neville is one of the Managing Director of Foley and Neville Estate Agents.
Thomas has over 30 years of experience in the estate agency profession and the property industry having originally trained with Hamptons estate agents in the late 1980s in Surrey. He has always held the belief that an estate agent’s duty is to achieve the highest possible price for their clients’ property within a realistic time frame. Reducing the price of what is possibly a person’s most valuable asset just to make things easy for an estate agent to obtain a quick sale and increase their cash flow, is not how estate agents should behave.
His ethos, and that of his associates around him, is that it is hard work, dedication, being dynamic and ensuring a personal and efficient service for both buyer and seller that achieves the highest possible sale price within a realistic time frame.
On numerous occasions, where the previous agents have pressurised a client to continuously reduce the asking price, Thomas has taken on the instruction, recommended completely relaunching the marketing of the property at the original price, or even increasing the guide price and within a short time attained a sale at or near the full asking price.
In Thomas’s opinion, many estate agents are disorganised and lacking respect for ensuring that their client’s most important asset is protected at every stage of the selling process.

David Foley is the Co-Managing Director of Foley and Neville Estate agents and is highly experienced, having been involved in property for many years. His expertise in property covers all price levels and not just within the UK, as David has had a successful international property career selling luxury highly exclusive Caribbean homes to the American and Canadian market and later bespoke properties in Europe.
More recently David graduated from the prestigious Property Mastermind Course, by the well-known Amazon best-selling author and property guru of ‘Property Magic’ – Simon Zutshi.
He is also the Director of our PLANNING OFFICE as well as the LAND & NEW HOMES DEPARTMENT. David has accumulated a vast amount of experience over the years in all types of land and commercial development.
David’s knowledge and ability to use a variety of creative strategies when it comes to planning and utilising his vast network of professionals in this field, has allowed for a variety of developments to be successfully built, where clients had previously been advised by other agents it was impossible.
